Dental Hygiene & Oral Health Workshop
Tuesday 22nd May 2018 9am
Our friendly Dentist will explain the importance of good oral hygiene and diet and how it effects our teeth. How to maintain healthy teeth for adults and children. The workshop will consist of demonstrations and advice, with a chance for questions and answers for the Dentist.
There will also be Information on how to register with a local dentist.

Family Learning – Maths (Year One)
24/04/17- 17/07/17 Monday for 11 weeks 9-12
Family Learning in Maths starts in the spring term for Year One children and their families.
In the sessions we make games and use resources which will encourage the children with their understanding of number, geometry, measures and data handling.
This course will also help to better understand how the children learn in their maths lessons at school and how you can support their learning at home. Parents and carers will also have the opportunity to refresh their own Maths skills and knowledge.
Parents and carers will also have the option to take a Maths skills test and may gain a City and Guilds qualification at the end of the course.
A crèche is available for parent/carers to leave their children while attending the course.
Card Craft (all ages)
Starts Thursday 10th November (meet in school office)
3:30-4:45 for 5 weeks
At our card craft club adults and children will learn to make cards, photo frames and collages using pastels, ink, colour pencils, paper and card. You will develop your drawing skills and much more.
This club lets your learn with your family and take away lots of news ideas to try at home.
Children must attend with an adult (1 adult:up to 2 children)

Family Learning – English (Reception)
09/01/17- 27/03/17 Mondays for 11 weeks 9:30-12:30
Family Learning will be on Wednesday mornings for Reception children and their families.
The course enables parents and carers to improve their English skills. In the sessions we make games and use resources which will encourage the children with their phonics, reading and writing.
Parents and carers also have the option to take an English skills test and may gain a City and Guilds qualification at the end of the course.
